Yard Signs in Schweikert’s & Ciscomani’s Districts Call for Them to Protect the Inflation Reduction Act

PHOENIX —On Earth Day, Honest Arizona is urging Congressmen David Schweikert and Juan Ciscomani to vote against legislation to overturn the Inflation Reduction Act – a law that is already saving Arizonans money on their energy bills and helping to mitigate the impact of climate change.

Thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, Arizonans are seeing clean energy companies expand and relocate to Arizona, creating thousands of new Arizona jobs, and lower costs through energy efficiency and solar tax credits.

Unfortunately, Congressional Republicans have proposed legislation to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act, a law that Congressman Schweikert voted against and that he and Congressman Ciscomani have repeatedly tried to undermine.

Honest Arizona placed yard signs across both Congressmen’s districts urging them to protect the Inflation Reduction Act.

"Arizonans are enjoying unprecedented investments and cost-savings thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act, and we need to strengthen that law, not undermine it," said Les Braswell with Honest Arizona. "Congressmen Schweikert and Ciscomani need to reject their colleagues' efforts to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act and vote to protect it instead."
