New “Lotería de la Ley Tributaria” Posters Reveal Who Really Wins and Loses from the 2017 GOP Tax Law

PHOENIX —Honest Arizona unveiled a “Lotería de la Ley Tributaria” board, designed to show Arizonans who truly benefits from the 2017 GOP Tax Law—and who pays the price. 

The colorful posters modeled after the classic Mexican bingo game, Lotería, feature illustrations representing the major “winners” and “losers” of the 2017 tax changes. From wealthy CEOs and giant corporations reaping massive tax cuts to hardworking families and seniors being left behind, each square on the board tells a story of how this law impacts the people of Arizona. The posters can be found across the Valley and in Tucson. 

“Arizona families deserve transparency on how the 2017 GOP Tax Law favors the wealthy and corporations while doing next to nothing for the rest of us,” said Les Braswell with Honest Arizona. “The Lotería de la Ley Tributaria posters connect the dots on how the GOP Tax Law prioritizes Wall Street over Main Street and gives Arizonans an opportunity to learn more.”
